Creating a transportation ecosystem

Mission: to renovate a booking app of a moving company MoveMate. While the existing design was usable, the project focused on reducing steps, eliminating confusing interface, and differentiating the app from competitors.
Vision: by improving clarity and usability I aimed to streamline the booking process to support users in a stressful period of moving process. To highlight the company's professionalism and dedication I should have enhaned visual appeal by analyzing different concepts of representation.

Personas
After conducting thorough competitive analysis and user research, we have developed a series of personas that accurately capture the essence of our project's targeted audience.

User journeys
Following the creation of the personas, we proceeded to develop user journeys that were influenced by their characteristics and goals. These user journeys serve as comprehensive narratives that outline the various touchpoints and interactions users will have with our product throughout their entire experience.

it is important to note that the initial design lacked the desired level of professionalism in its representation
AFTER
we have made the decision to shift the design focus towards cooler colors in order to create a calmer and more serene aesthetic. In addition, switching to photos instead of icons

while choosing moving items, users could experience unclarity about the individual cost for every furniture piece as well, and they had to go through the whole list manually, which caused exhaustion

AFTER
to enhance navigation convenience, I have incorporated a search bar into the design. This addition aims to provide users with a streamlined and efficient way to find specific content
also, I added a breakdown of prices for each item so that the user understands how much and what they pay for
