What is GetSkinHelp?
My task was to design a webpage that serves as a warm welcome for new clients that effectively introduces them to our company.
The ultimate goal was to enhance the company's conversion rate by instilling confidence and trust in potential customers right from their first interaction with our brand.
Online medicine takes its first steps
Online medicine just began emerging in everyday life and therefore many people are legitimately afraid to trust it right away. There is no doubt that for every person there is nothing more important than their health.

The GetSkinHelp platform helps people to connect people with doctors online.

The 'What is GetSkinHelp?" page should have been developed with keeping and simplicity in mind. It was important to make sure that users understand how the company works, what its benefits are and why it can be trusted.
Simple guide
I noticed that there was not a comprehensive and easily understandable step-by-step guide on the website regarding the process of consulting with a doctor.
As a result, I created a dedicated section where users can become acquainted with what to expect during their consultation
Doctors
It was important to create a dedicated space where users can easily scroll and get acquainted with the clinic's team of doctors, along with their respective fields of expertise.
FAQ's section
The previous FAQ section was extensive, which may have overwhelmed first-time visitors with its abundance of detailed information.
I chose the most common and important questions for individuals who are new to online clinics. Users had the option to explore the main FAQ section for more in-depth information if desired.
The Page
The final page encompasses content covering all essential aspects of a virtual clinic, ensuring comprehensive information for users. It follows UX principles, providing the best possible experience for visitors.
